Change File URI on edit page

I've been wondering why there isn't a URI field on the "Edit" page for YouTube videos. If you add a YouTube video through the Media Browser, and want to update the URI, you have to add a new one and then go back into the Files list and manually delete the old one. This was brought to my attention due to various other issues in the queue concerning bugs caused by videos being removed from YouTube. Since I got around that bug by going into the database and changing the URI to that of a working video, it seems reasonable that we should be able to just edit the URI from the user interface.
