Upgrade not working

Have Webform 7.x 3.24 and Webform conditionals 7.x 1.0.

Trying to upgrade to Webform 7.x 4.12, also tested update to 4.0.

Replaced Webform conditionals 7.x 1.0 to 7.x 2.x for upgrade process. Replace Webform 3.24 to 4.12.

RUN update.php - everything goes OK.

NO same page conditionals transfered to new version. Forms are without any previous same page conditionals.

Going to form, there is warning:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in WebformConditionals->topologicalSort() (line 73 of /sites/all/modules/contrib/webform/includes/webform.webformconditionals.inc).
