Pass entity to 'panopoly_spotlight_wrapper' and 'panopoly_spotlight_view' theme functions

We do some clever stuff in the spotlight widget by adding extra fields to it that we pull data from when rendering. This is great for Panopoly itself, but a contrib module can't do this, because the entity itself (which we'd need to pull data off extra fields) in the 'panopoly_spotlight_wrapper' and 'panopoly_spotlight_view' theme functions.

By simply passing the entity type and entity object in, contrib modules can start doing similarly clever things!
