[meta] Drupal 8 port of Country Specific Nodes

I have started testing the d8 module . Looks ok as if now. I can use the country field in selected content types. Please see the screenshot. From the admin point of view it would be better if admin can add the field from admin/structure/types instead of adding it from the module configuration page.
