[Entity] type

Create the [Entity] type entity type.

Commit+push on another issue messed with the tests. Rerolling now and attaching patch only patch first.

Turns out I committed the fix as part of #2650198: Incorrect operations when entity type has only one bundle a identical machine_name by accident. The tests should therefor pass.
