jvectormap library v.1.2.2 problems

Please update the desciption (and readme).

By default the jvectormap library 1.2.2 does not have a minified js file. You have to run build.sh found inside the library file in order to generate a proper minified file. And you can't just minify the file jquery-jvectormap,js because you have to include all the js files inside the /lib inside the library.

Also, you have to modify the jquery-jvectormap-world-mill-en.js inside the library. There is a conflict with using just $. You can use jQuery's no conflict or enclose in a function like so:
