if you set relevancy as enabled in admin/config/search/search_api/index/nodes_module_index/sorts page, you will not find relevancy sort item in admin/config/search/search_api/index/nodes_module_index/sorts_widget page.
So in the frontoffice, you will see Relevancy(ASC) ant Relevancy(DESC) and it's not possible to disabled one.

So I add a patch :

Same patch, edited to name files relative to the project directory (so it works with drush-patchfile).
