ServicesEntityResourceControllerClean::transform_values() ignores cardinality of reference fields

The controller ServicesEntityResourceControllerClean takes care of transforming values of reference field to make them hold the referenced id as a the value instead of an 'id' subkey.

This method (transform_values()) does not check if the field is multi valued thus does not perform as intended in that case.
