In an effort to increase the size of our memcache storage, and decouple services from the web nodes (where memcache currently lives), we will be moving memcache to two dedicated VMs.
Production outage: No
Change affects: Drupal.org sites
Deployment schedule: Week of 2015-12-14 or as soon as possible.
Backout plan: Revert back to the previous configuration of memcache on the webnodes.
