I am using CCK Imagefield, Imagecache, and Views. I am not using the CCK Imagefield "Title" or "Caption" fields, and would prefer to use the node title instead to be displayed in the Lightbox window. I looked through the issues and did not see a recently guidance on how to accomplish this.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

This has been added to CVS. There's a new option on the admin/settings/lightbox2 configuration page (under the "CCK Display Settings" collapsed fieldset) which will allow you to do this. This will be available in the next dev release - available later today.
