Most modules show a link to their settings page on the modules overview. This is missing for the automated cron module.

Whilst this is not a bug - it is helpful for people to find out where to configure things therefore pushing to 8.0.x as there is no chance of this introducing a bug. Committed 3a09943 and pushed to 8.0.x and 8.1.x. Thanks!
