Link payment details from UC payment screen

Currently the UC payment screen of an order lists the uc variant of the payments, but fails to provide the shop owner a simple link to further payment details as the payment api module can provide. The attached simple patch adds this link by storing the payment id as uc payment extra data, i.e. it will only work for payments issues after applying the patch. For older payments the link is skipped.
