Currently if you add a popup component to a cluster layer, the popup is blank, because clusters don't have a name and description. It would be nice if all the names of the child features of each cluster could be listed in the popup.

Attached is a simple patch that assembles the names of all the sub-features in a cluster, and sticks that into the description of the popup.

This could be done in another way with a proper UI but let's use this in the meantime.
