Thanks for a great filter! Just what I was looking for, but it dosen't work well with Swedish letters like å, ä and ö.

Ex: [ref:http://www.example.com|Exempel på referens]

Turns into: [ref:http://www.example.com|Exempel på referens]

Links transforms & to &

How do I avoid that?
