hook_page_attachments_alter() has an @see reference to itself, which I assume is supposed to be hook_page_attachments(). Patch to follow.

Created #2621582: Create check to verify that @see internal function reference is valid so that hopefully this type of issue will be identified in the future when Coder is run against pending patches.
