I have created a new Drupal 7.41 site and installed Openlayers 7.x-3.0-beta4. I have also installed Geofield.
I have created a new content type with a geofield using a widget type of openlayers map so that I can connect the node content to a map location. When I try to add content using this new content type I get a white screen and server error. When I go back to the home page I see the error message Unable to load Default openlayers_geofield_control_autozoom. I also get this message if I try to change the Default UI Map to an Openlayers Geofield map.
The apache error log shows the following error message twice Call to a member function out() on boolean in {mysitename} /sites/all/modules/openlayers/modules/openlayers_geofield/src/Plugin/Component/GeofieldWidget/GeofieldWidget.php on line 244

Do I need to configure something in the Openlayers maps to make this work?

Thanks for any help

Same problem here. Did you find a solution for this? I guess I'm just missing something important in the installation process.
