Problem/Motivation

Core links to terms by building hardcoded URL paths, instead of using entity_uri(). This means the term entity type's URI callbacks are bypassed completely, disallowing other modules from altering term URLs.

Proposed resolution

Replace hardcoded URL paths with calls to entity_uri().
