Batch fails for accounts with more than 10,000 nodes

Still experiencing issues with either timeouts or OOM errors during batch processing for particularly prolific spammers. 10,000 nodes seems to be the point at which it fails, but unfortunately it's not clear yet what the issue is. Opening this issue to track progress towards fixing the problem.
