Thanks for reporting, I tested it using the last stable version and it worked for me. I didn't have any problems.

Usually, some users reported this problem using a specific web host, but I've tested using Acquia Cloud and Platform.sh and it worked well for me.

So my recommendation is: Upgrade to the last stable version: https://www.drupal.org/project/views/releases/7.x-3.24 run all updates on update.php clear all caches and try again. It'll solve the problem for you but if had any similar issue please feel free to let us know ok?! Thank you so much, John
