When using the Redirect module, it attaches the Redirect form to all entity types (except comment and media).
To make sure the redirect form doesn't show up on the 'edit registration' page, a small addition is needed in the hook_entity_info().

My Redirect version (beta4) doesn't support that, but I see the current stable does, so it's done.

This could have been more readable:

!empty($entity_info['uri callback']) && (!isset($entity_info['redirect']) || !empty($entity_info['redirect']));

in redirect_entity_type_supports_redirects(). Does this mean it's ON or OFF by default..? (I'm guessing ON, hence this issue.)
