The latest attached patch includes:

  • Cleaned up code, following best practices with improved hooks and JS behaviors support
  • Entity support (currently only nodes, but extensible)
  • Views support including grouping (currently only unformatted, table, and list styles, but extensible)
  • flaggable/flagged/unflagged/self CSS classes with JS AJAX class toggling

Additionally, I have offered to maintain this module, since it looks like it has been abandoned.
