Last patch breaks the editing form (default administrative_area input shows). The addressfield_ro field should overwrite the default administrative_area field.

Added correct patch with paths relative to the module root. So that we can test it using simplytest,mne

Notes for the future:
Use this:

--- a/addressfield_ro.module
+++ b/addressfield_ro.module

Instead of this:

--- a/docroot/sites/all/modules/contrib/addressfield_ro/addressfield_ro.module
+++ b/docroot/sites/all/modules/contrib/addressfield_ro/addressfield_ro.module
