Change the pager link tags capitalization

Problem/Motivation

#2560049: Incorrect capitalisation of translatable strings changed the pager link tags to capitalized first letter (i.e. from 'next >' to 'Next >').

Proposed resolution

Need to do the same for pagerer to keep consistency.
