Problem/Motivation

After #2064191: Fix the 'target_bundle' field setting - 'target_bundles' are not validated when entity_reference is enabled CollectDemo test is failing because of the schema error (target_bundle setting).

Proposed resolution

Remove target_bundle setting from collect.model.collect_demo.yml and collect.model.user.yml.
