I am trying to identify issues where warnings like "Unable to evaluate <>." or "Unable to get a data value. Error: Unable to get the data property <> as the parent ..." show up in watchdog. However, these do happen only once in a while (and usually not to me where I see rules debug info). So, these message tend to be not helpfull enough.

Idea 1:
At least print which rule has this issue

Idea 2:
Print a full stack of backtracing

What do you think?

We're not going to be adding many new features to D7 anymore. This should go into D8 first, then be backported if there is community interest.
