Support Views display title [#2578801]

Currently the module can display a view's menu item item title, but not all page views have a menu item.

This adds support for displaying the view's display title if the menu title is blank.

I also ran into this issue and ended up making a couple of changes for this to work as title wasn't available with out actually setting the display.

The title still seems to be there even without setting the display. You can access the property directly instead of using get_option().

The view object appears to contain properties for all displays, unless I've done something differently.

Nope, it wasn't there. Anyways the proposed solution is more appropriate.
