According to Google's dataset the postal code is not required in CZ or SK:

That looks like a mistake.

The Universal Postal Union says that SK has a required postal code:
http://www.upu.int/fileadmin/documentsFiles/activities/addressingUnit/sv...
but isn't clear for CZ, though all examples show postal codes:
http://www.upu.int/fileadmin/documentsFiles/activities/addressingUnit/cz...

Could you provide a resource confirming the required postal code for CZ?
