German translation,

find the file attached.

There seems to be a confusion between the modul - versions and outdated .pot-files and accordingly outdated german translations.

So this is the pot and translation.

@Thomas_Zahreddin - are those files for the 1.9 release, or for the latest dev release? It's not possible to add or modify files in already created official releases. If these are for the dev version, then I'll be happy to commit them and include them in the 1.10 release.
