I use webform with webform_hints to place the labels inside the element as placeholders. This module doesn't support webform_hints so the labels of the address are outside the elements.

I've made a small patch, which works fine for me. I'm not sure if it's implemented the right way.

Created a new patch (with PHPstorm, it's probably not going to validate, but it should work nonetheless).

@knalstaaf I don't think the patch is failing, it work's fine for me to apply with patch -p1 < 2570653_webform-hints-support-1.patch. Make sure you are in the modules folder to apply (eg. cd sites/all/modules/addressfield_tokens/). In your patch, the path is from drupal root.
