Should scroll to top to Popup message on Add to cart

Because now if you have long page with products and you add to cart, on Chrome you get only the grey blackout background but no popup message, because it stays on top of the page and you have to manually scroll back to top to see it.

For average user this looks confusing. The popup message should be visible no matter how down you have scrolled and added the product to cart.

It should either popup in the middle of the screen or it should auto scroll back to top to the popup message.

I tried the dev version. It doesn't even have the popup, it injects the popup message and its data straight to the top of your website design into the page.
