I can't find any ! placeholders in system.admin.inc

Yeah I guess $description .= '<div class="admin-requirements">' . t('Machine name: @machine-name', array('@machine-name' => $renderer->render($machine_name_render))) . '</div>'; is fixed already. Yeah!
