Ongoing improvements to Solr config for better search results

We have developed expanded criteria for evaluating the success of our configuration changes, and have a script to give us data on the delta in search position changes for some key example searches. (We would appreciate patches to: https://www.drupal.org/node/658048#comment-10316449 with additional search examples that we should track to evaluate this performance).

Using this data, we're now reviewing our search biases and using the script above to evaluate improvements to search by changing these biases. We will deploy these settings to production as the script shows them to be successful.
