Am fairly new to drupal ...

been fiddling around a bit with this theme, in terms of setting line-heights and menu-header-background colors and so on.

What looks ravishing on Firefox doesn't even appear on IE. the line-heights go away, and so do the menu-header backgrounds i've provided.

Any pointers on this please ?
