Problem/Motivation

While debugging the test errors for #2231853: Rename maintenance-page template into page--maintenance + install-page into page--maintenance--install I discovered they were caused by the database dump script incorrectly reformatting the path_regex for the route. This happens because the Symfony Console component looks for color tags and replaces parts of them by default.

Proposed resolution

specify OUTPUT_RAW as the output type when writing the dump script.
