Problem/Motivation

module_test_hook_dynamic_loading_invoke(), module_test_hook_dynamic_loading_invoke_all(), and module_test_class_loading() are marked as @deprecated. Their usages are removed in #2563803; no calls to these functions are left.

Proposed resolution

Remove module_test_hook_dynamic_loading_invoke(), module_test_hook_dynamic_loading_invoke_all(), and module_test_class_loading().
