I am using the Multi-index searches module (https://www.drupal.org/project/search_api_multi Version: 7.x-1.3) to build a View based on two indexes.

The filter "Fulltext search" (exposed) tells me, that the Filter Identifier is "search_api_multi_fulltext".

Although using the Search Views Empty Query Module (Version 7.x-1.2) the view displays all results if the search text is empty.

Here comes a patch to fix this issue.
Its neither smart nor generic but it fixes the problem for me.
Please feel free to provide a better solution!
