solr2 is running Solr 5, with Drupal.org actively using the solr_0 environment, named Core 1, and queries do-core1 - this means our solr1 server can now be rebuilt and set up for redundancy.
Update: Solr1 is rebuilt - and we will setup and redundancy and HA next.

Change affects: drupal.org search
Deployment schedule: Likely early the week of 2015/09/08
Backout plan: If there is a flaw in the rebuilt server we will take it out of rotation
