Adding a new field providing a list of path patterns we could add metatags for custom pages rather than only globally.

Patch works great. Awesome! My only thought is that #2466577: Extending custom meta with context would duplicate this functionality, and would be preferred.

Thanks so much for this module! I'm using it to set the chrome theme color per content type :)
