Only one selected and unselected format is rendered in views grid

Hi,

I bumped into this sandbox en testing the module. Would be nice to use it for a 12 month overview with selected months.

In a view with Format: Bootstrap Grid and Teaser viewmode as rendered entity only the first item has a full select en unselect format field. All other items in the grid show the (default) selected values. See image.

On the view page there are a lot of notices:

On the node page with one selected and unseleced field the field rendering is correct.
