DrupalCI has options to download specific containers and default containers without interaction, but it'd be useful to also have the option grab all of the drupalci containers.

Bastian worked on an --all option during the Portland sprint ... there may already be an undocumented option within the code.

When i was looking at the code i did not see an non-interactive way to grab all of the containers. So i added it.
