How do you get the menu to turn on? I'm using the main menu as my menu, but it doesn't show on my site. I even made sure to turn my jquery down as was mentioned in another issue.

I also have it checked in my theme to have the menu on.

Have you add menu items to the main menu?

Yes, there are a whole bunch of items in the main menu (it's a site that has been around for years and has always used the main menu).

Have you changed the theme settings for displaying the primary menu?

Is the menu in a block, have to check it is still enabled and that visibility is not hiding it.

Providing a link to the site and pointing out where the main should be might make it easier to help.

I tried every block that shows up on the blocks admin theme, but not any of them would put the main menu up in the top area like where it is supposed to go. So for now I have to have it in my sidebar so that my pages can be found by people. If you can tell me which block it's supposed to be in, I'll put it there and you can see what it does (or doesn't do).

At admin/appearance/settings/best_responsive I've tried both with the menu toggled on and toggled off with no difference in how things look.

Just checking back, as I'd love to get the menu working on this site. Otherwise I'm going to need to go choose another theme to work with.

You just have to add links to the menu for them to appear in the default location. There is nothing you need to do on the blocks administration page.

I have items in the menu. I've had items in the main menu for years. However it doesn't show up in this theme. I finally had to go to the block admin page and turn the main menu on and put it in a sidebar just so that I would have a main menu.

If I don't have it placed there in the sidebar, it doesn't show anywhere.
