I woule be ok with it, but I stopped maintaining this module (no time to invest on it ATM), so it would be the job of the panel boostrap layout maintainer to absorb this module.

As the new maintainer I have no plans to do this. I would be open to patches.

I use to use Panels Bootstrap Layouts in some of my projects. Now I exclusively use this module. I do a lot of things with Radix and other themes as well that basically implement all of Panels Bootstrap Layouts and more. But the truth is you can build any of those layouts pretty quickly using this builder.
