Using the latest Panopoly distro. All my nodes have view modes that are overridden by Panelizer customized layouts/fields. The 'Body' field for our blog content type has summary enabled, and all posts have an explicit summary.

However, when I set the Link placement to be anything besides the Drupal default (in the links list), it disappears from the page completely. I tested all other content types and the same thing happens.

Does this work with Panels / Panelizer?

I will work on #2545126: Extra field display option which will provide a workaround.

I am leaving this open for doco / testing once that issue is resolved.
