When we made changes to improve the efficiency of PartyController::setPrimaryFields(), we no longer directly inform Search API that changes may have happened and we only trigger it indirectly if there have been changes to primary fields. We should be informing Search API every time PartyController::setPrimaryFields() is called a call to this already implies changes can be expected.
