Something in #2426967: Feed icon should be a CSS background image not a image file caused problem which breaks my sites CSS/JS processing.

Ok the latest patch has nothing to do with the actual bug. What actually happened was something caused a problem so that the processed CSS files in the files folder was broken. I don't know what happened to make it happen but reinstalling, clearing caches or anything didn't fix this. Only thing that helped was changing anything inside the module CSS files so that a new CSS files are being generated. If I changed it back, it was still loading the old ones.
