As it stands, the related items box appears below the node body, just above the inline comment form (if your site is set up this way).

It would be great if a compact version of the item table could be 'injected' into the node body itself. Perhaps it looks for a paragraph break, and then inserts the related items box between paragraphs. Or maybe inserts itself between the teaser and body.

One other idea might be to have the option to instead have a 'related items' tab, rather than add more content to the main view of the page?
