After starting update process (update.php) I get error:
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/mydomain/profiles/commerce_kickstart/themes/omega/omega/panels/layouts/omega_24/omega_24_twocol_12_12_stacked/omega_24_twocol_12_12_stacked.inc' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /mydomain/profiles/commerce_kickstart/modules/contrib/ctools/includes/plugins.inc on line 475
I've tried all releases 2.24 - 2.26, and everytime situation the same.

mglamanPlease make sure you properly copied all files. Nothing has been changed in regards to the Omega 3 project in Commerce Kickstart.

Natural.Blend commentedI got this error on my Pantheon hosted site. Apparently they moved the omega and other themes in /profiles/commerce_kickstart/themes/* to a /contrib/ directory. If your install was already running on the omega theme, it will crash the site. I just moved a copy of the omega back to the themes folder.

mglamanThanks! The drupal-org.make file added a default directory for contrib projects under "contrib." I think we need to add an update hook which rebuilds the registry, since themes are now in themes/contrib.

mglamanYeah, I'm committing this. Looking at the makefile in 2.23 the themes weren't in the contrib subfolder.

Alex_eav commentedSorry for delay with reply. I can do something with site only at night.
To solve this problem I just replace omega folder from 2.26 to omega folder from 2.23 and then start update. it worked for me. Update finished correctly.
