Add 'sudo: required' to our .travis.yml

Until we can do #2532134: Migrate to new Travis infrastructure, we'll need to have 'sudo: required' in our .travis.yml to prevent our builds from running on the new infrastructure. This is because we need to install Google Chrome (using 'sudo') in order to run our Chrome tests.
