I ordered hosting package with Servage. at 26.04.2008. But I not satisfied with their service. My websites always getting 404 errors, mysql issues etc. I sended ticket to them they just says " We are working hard, please wait bla bla". But today i sended to ticket them for cancelling account and refunding (today 29.04.2008).
As according their terms and service
"Payment
Establishment of this service is dependent upon receipt by the Company of payment of stated charges. Subsequent payments are due on the anniversary date of the month for that periods service. Servage offers a five day money back guarantee on the initial hosting purchase. Prorated refunds are not possible. "
They says, you have just 5 days for giving money back. I ticketed them and responses are horrific. Please help what can I do.

The best advice that I can give you is to make sure you try to do your research prior to choosing any particular web hosting company. http://webhostingtalk.com is a great place to start for information about a web hosting company. Personally, I stay away from shared hosting for drupal and other dynamic sites. I prefer to use virtual private servers and dedicated servers.

I've got some stuff with Servage, and I'm not a fan, and won't be renewing or recommending it any longer.
However, if you are serious about cancelling your account, the right thing to do is to state your actual problems and reasons. The ticket you posted is not very detailed and looks like you just changed your mind.
Just explain that your requirements for a web host include a fulltime working SQL database, access to your files, uptime and performance. And if those are your requirements, and they are not met ... that's pretty clear.

servage 5 day trial: no problems.
I tried servage, and although I couldn't manage to do thing i was intending (use curlftps and rsync to synchronize large folders on different computers, couldn't get it run stable, file would get transfered although already there.) I am quite happy with the service.
After the offered help didn't help me, I requested my unconditional 5-day money back guarantee and got refunded in 2 hours (PayPAl)
so: no worries in the meanwhile

We advice to find a host that listens to its clients.
You can cancel your account at any time you wish with Servage, Yes, but they would decide that your decision was wrong and since they have your credit card details they would just keep charging you!
Unless you have some charity money to support poor Servage - we suggest you better look for another host!
We have now a lawsuit against Servage! Safe yourself from that pain!
