The Postgres 9.1 environment is still producing inconsistent results from run to run. We need to get this environment to a place where test results are consistent - and also consistent with the state that postgres maintainers have achieved with their local environments.

Right now we're trying to get pgsql 9.1 and 9.4 running consistently.

pgsql 9.3 has not been a requirement for the MVP

Help with 9.1 and 9.4 is what is needed right now.

As of right now the postgres environments are testing about as consistently as the DA staff can make them.

If core devs using postgres have local environments that show more stable/successful results than the official D.O DrupalCI bots, PLEASE share your configuration with us.
